Ms. Huber
I am so excited to be teaching TAG again at Dolvin this year! The 2024-2025 school year will be my 25th year teaching. I started my career in print journalism, and then I earned my Master's in Education. I started teaching fifth grade in Tallahassee, Florida (although I'm a true Florida Gator). After moving to Georgia, I continued teaching 5th grade in Gwinnett County where I received my Gifted Endorsement and taught sections of gifted reading and gifted math. I transferred to Fulton County in 2007 and have taught third grade, fifth grade, and TAG at Dolvin.
On weekends and holidays, I enjoy spending time with my sister and nephews that live close by in Georgia or visiting my parents in the Florida Panhandle where I grew up. I also love animals and have three mischievous furbabies, Lily Lou, Penny, and Pumpkin. Other hobbies include traveling, Pickle Ball, reading, and anything outside enjoying nature.
I look forward to an exciting year in TAG with your child! Please reach out with any questions at any time.
